By accessing and using The Marrakech Pass website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "The Pass" refers to The Marrakech Pass digital product
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the person purchasing and using the Pass
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to The Marrakech Pass and its operators
• "Services" refers to our website, passes, and related services
• "Activation Date" is the first day of pass validity
• "Partner Attractions" are included venues and experiences

2. Pass Purchase and Use

2.1 Purchase

• Passes are sold digitally and delivered via email
• You must provide accurate information during purchase
• All prices are in the displayed currency and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed to receive your pass

2.2 Pass Validity

• Passes are valid for consecutive days from the activation date
• 1-Day Pass: Valid for 24 hours from first use
• 3-Day Pass: Valid for 72 consecutive hours
• 7-Day Pass: Valid for 7 consecutive days
• Unused days cannot be transferred or refunded

2.3 Pass Activation

• Your pass activates on your selected activation date or upon first use at any partner attraction
• You can change your activation date up to 48 hours before the original date
• Once activated, the pass cannot be paused or extended

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the pass only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Present valid identification along with your pass when requested
• Follow rules and regulations of each partner attraction
• Not transfer, resell, or duplicate your pass
• Report lost or stolen passes immediately
• Respect partner attraction staff and other visitors

4. Partner Attractions

4.1 Availability

• Partner attractions may change operating hours or close temporarily
• We are not responsible for partner attraction closures or schedule changes
• Advance booking may be required for certain experiences
• Some attractions have limited capacity and operate on first-come, first-served basis

4.2 Admission

• Admission is subject to partner attraction policies
• Partner attractions may deny entry for safety or capacity reasons
• Age restrictions and health requirements may apply
• Additional fees may apply for special exhibitions or events

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages occurring at partner attractions
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes by partners
• We do not guarantee specific experiences or quality at partner venues
• Our liability is limited to the pass purchase price
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is owned by or licensed to The Marrakech Pass. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Scrape or systematically extract data from our website
• Create derivative works based on our content

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy allows for:

• Full refund: Cancellations 48+ hours before activation
• 50% refund: Cancellations 24-48 hours before activation
• No refund: Cancellations within 24 hours or after activation

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your account poses a security risk
• Required by law or legal process

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration or courts in Marrakech, Morocco
