Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's our flexible cancellation policy:

Cancel up to 48 hours before activation date for a complete refund (100% of purchase price)

Cancel between 24-48 hours before activation for a 50% refund

Cancellations within 24 hours of activation or after activation are non-refundable

Submit your cancellation request through your account dashboard or contact our support team at support@marrakechpass.com

We'll review your request and send confirmation within 24 hours, including refund amount and processing time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

•The activation date is the first day you plan to use your pass, selected during purchase
•Passes activated by visiting an attraction cannot be cancelled or refunded
•If you haven't used your pass yet, you can modify your activation date free of charge up to 48 hours before the original date
•Partial refunds are not available for unused attractions after pass activation
•Booking fees and transaction costs are non-refundable
