About this experience

Since 1964, Mr. Hans Thiemann, a great cactus enthusiast, settled in Marrakech and successfully acclimatized over 150 different varieties of cacti of American origin, more precisely from Latin America. Today, you can discover his extraordinary cactus collection at Cactus Thiemann, spanning nearly 7 hectares of stunning botanical landscape. Located just 10 km from Marrakech on the Casablanca road, this vast deserted land is home to an impressive cactus farm featuring some of the tallest cacti in Africa - reaching over 9 meters high. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains while strolling through wide pathways surrounded by giant cacti. This hidden gem offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city.
